Building The Breakfast
In the beginning the parking lot stands empty, awaiting the arrival of the first pieces that
are the heart of the breakfast, the cooking tents.
ALEXANDER RENTALS crew makes quick work assembling the 40'x120' main tent
and the smaller 40'x40' VIP tent in the afternoon of Tuesday 1/22/2012.
Job well done!
Wednesday brings most of the larger parts to the scene. Trucks, trailers,
power  and food

Thursday starts very early, 3am, with a preview of things to come. Tacos are made for radio
and TV stations to promote the coming event.
Cooking begins at midnight, brats and
biscuits, eggs and menudo.
St. Phillips culinary students lend an
helping hand.
