Scholarship Funds

The Cowboy Breakfast Sponsored by Jordan Ford is not just a free feast for upwards of 50,000 early-risers. It also raises money for scholarships for students at the culinary arts school at St. Philip’s College. The students come out and help serve breakfast, too. We have donated up to $20,000 a year to help local students complete the courses and learn a good trade in San Antonio’s burgeoning hospitality industry, which also benefits the community.
